If you're looking to buy my finished work, I don't have an inhouse showroom at this time.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Cost Calculation: Shipping is calculated based on item weight when purchasing directly through the site.

  • Free Shipping: This is only offered on their eBay and Etsy stores (where the cost is already baked into the item price).

  • Tracking: Available for all orders, whether placed via the website, eBay, or Etsy.

  • Quotes: If you are an international customer or feel a shipping quote is inaccurate, you can contact Tina for a custom invoice.

Returns & Refunds

  • Window: You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return.

  • Responsibility: The buyer covers all return shipping costs. It is highly recommended to insure the package, as the refund is issued only after the item is received and inspected.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive the purchase price minus the original shipping fees.

Payment Options

  • Standard: Payments are processed through Square Checkout.

  • Alternatives: Personal checks are accepted, but be aware there is a 7–12 day waiting period for the bank to clear the funds before your order ships.

Communication Tip

If you reach out to Tina, allow 24–48 hours for a response. Also, keep an eye on your junk/spam folder, as business emails from the studio sometimes end up there.
